The Bombers got just what they needed. A great game from Sabathia and a wake up call for their previously quiet bats. Facing elimination the Yankee bats came alive scoring seven runs including back to back home runs from Nick Swisher and Robinson Cano. This was Cano’s forth HR of the ACLS tying him for a record that is also held by Rangers Slugger Josh Hamilton. It will be interesting to see if one of these guys can hit another to claim sole ownership of this record. So now its back to Texas where they will fight again on Friday. I cant imagine that Hughes will be as bad as he was the last time around. If the Yankee bats continue to show life I like their chances. As a fan of the game I want a game seven. Nothing in baseball is more exciting than two teams putting it all out there because there is no tomorrow. Lets hope that we get the opportunity to witness such a thing and lets hope at the end of it that the Rangers are the ones with tears in their eyes.
